Lucy's empire consists of a deli, wine bar/bistro, restaurant and the 2006 addition, Lucy Cooks.  Proposing an array of inspiring international courses, the school's selling point is not just its fantastic kitchen experience, but also its prime location in the heart of the Lake District. 

Once a month the school hosts a one-day "Taste of Italy" course, emphasising the the regionality of Italian cuisine, while also getting to grips with some of the peninsula's favourite techniques.  Don't miss the Friday night guest chef, where local celebrities or writers are invited once a month to take over the Lucy Cooks kitchen, demonstrating dishes and discussing how they have achieved their greatest successes in the culinary world.
