MARCH TWO DAY
COOKERY COURSE
The two-day cookery course at the Lake District cookery school, LucyCooks, is set to run throughout 2016, to allow cooks of all abilities to learn the tricks of the restaurant trade.
We will give food lovers enrolling for this two-day foodie extravaganza top tips acquired from some of the world’s best chefs, whether their reputation is based upon fame or folklore and whether they are patissiers, sauciers, chocolatiers or the best cooks of the fish landed at the local harbour!
All participants will leave the two day course armed with new skills, confidence, insights and culinary goals.
Anyone interested in booking for The Knowledge is urged to book quickly, as places are limited! The next two-day course is taking place on 9th and 10th March 2016 , the skills, hints and explanations of why restaurant chefs do things in a particular way are gems on which no price can be placed.
