learn to cook in the Lake District
The LucyCooks episode of Grub's Up is on ITV at 7:30pm on December 4.
We are about to feature in Granada television series Grub's Up, with north west chef Simon Rimmer!
Simon joined us earlier this year and filmed on our riverside deck demonstrating a series of mouth watering recipes featuring the best of Lake District produce.
Simon used rosy veal and mutton from award-winning farmer Andrew Sharp, who is based nearby in Lindal-in-Furness.
As Simon is a great advocate of using good, quality produce from the region we were delighted to be chosen as the venue for the filming.
