Morning Practical Course
In this era of the ‘celebrity chef’ many young people would like to develop their hands on skills and this short course will inspire them to stretch their abilities. LucyCooks is the perfect ‘professional’ environment and we can provide what is now so often lacking at school – a chance to try out techniques for themselves whilst not cluttering up the kitchen at home. This short course will extend their repertoire and help to build their confidence with dishes to delight their friends and family. We hope that they will then join us for a full day practical course in the future!
