Whether it's dinner for four or a gourmet evening for 12, we'll give you some tips for planning and preparing some great dishes complete with all those final flourishes ... we want you to enjoy the experience of entertaining, not spend your time in the kitchen wishing that you were anywhere else but there! Want to impress you guests, but not be overstressed at the mere thought – then come and join us for an informative, fun and practical day. At the end of your practical cookery session you will leave with a three course dinner for two, lots of culinary hints and tips and all recipes for future party planning!
