Daytime Practical Course
The pizza was invented in Naples in the eighteenth century and has spread around the world providing a complete meal in itself. Fold the dough around a savoury topping such as cheese or ham to make calzone. Stromboli is a volcanic island north of Sicily - this bread got its name because whilst baking the cheese bursts out from the bread crust. As you can imagine, the smell of the pesto is lovely when you tear it open!
On this course you will make a wonderful foccacia, a pizza, a calzone and stromboli - a perfect feast to take away.
