We can learn something new every day … and experimenting and enjoying the wealth of fish around is certainly very exciting for us. If you enjoying cooking fish and want to learn more this day is ideal for you … we shall be dealing with everything from flat fish to crustacean. The day combines demonstrations and practicals featuring a variety of skills designed to let you become more knowledgeable and more confident with dealing with seafood in general. Identifying fish and the different preparations and cooking techniques is very exciting and on this day we shall encourage you to broaden your thinking about fish dishes.

Our ever changing seasonal recipes could contain Braised salmon with a mustard and gruyere crust served with wilted spinach and roast vine tomatoes, grilled sea bass with a seafood consomme and poached fennel, Pan seared cod with gremolata, new potatoes and sauce vierge and finishing with Bouillabaisse!
