Proper Pork Pies and Perfect Piccalilli

Morning Practical Course

During this morning course you will learn to make our legendary pork pies from scratch - Full of flavour filling then hand raised hot water pastry before assembling your pork pies and baking them in the oven.
Whilst your pies are baking you will learn to make homemade piccalilli or Cumberland chutney -the perfect accompaniment for a pork pie! At the end of the session you will have several pork pies and a jar or two of piccalilli along with a full recipe pack to take away with you.
