Our chefs will talk you through their favourite fish selections and provide plenty of hints and tips for handling this fantastic ingredient. So whether you are an experienced cook looking for new inspiration or you are ‘diving’ into fish cookery for the first time, we’re sure that by the time you leave you’ll be more confident with the fruits of the sea provided by the waters of the British Isles and beyond.
