JUSTIN WOODS AT LUCYCOOKS

Justin Woods, Executive chef at The Castle Green Hotel in Kendal, is joining us here at LucyCooks for our September Big Friday!

For the past 5 years Justin has been leading the hotel's kitchens, gaining two AA rosettes for its Greenhouse resteraunt along the way. He has also seen the £250,000 refit of the reseraunt.

This spring Castle Green launched a five-course Cumbria tasting menu, celebrating the county's food champions. From the farmer who produced the meat, to the baker who baked the bread! The menu will have the individual suppliers name and the food miles next to each item.

Here at LucyCooks we are famous for supporting our local producers and our love of fresh foods so we are looking forward to Justin's visit as our guest chef!
