Following our successful Thrilling Three Courses format we’ve given a distinctly local flavour to this course. And why not!! We have some of the finest producers of meat, fish and game on our doorstep and we’ll be using great local produce to inspire you. Our chefs have building reputations as great champions of local food and they’ll show you how to take the finest of what’s on offer locally and transform it into Thrilling Three Courses!
