France has a reputation for fabulous food that really comes from the heart of the family. There’s always some delicious ‘potage’ bubbling away on the stove in a French kitchen … from Brittany to Bordeaux, crepes to confit – we’ll do a whistlestop tour around some of the regional style food that will enable you to put the oolala back into food … la vrai chose!
