Daytime Practical Course

Perfect pastry is the basis of some fabulous puddings and desserts and can turn a simple recipe into something truly wonderful. Always wanted to make puff pastry from scratch? Use filo pastry but not sure how? then this is the course for you... On this course our recipe collection could include Cod and Parsley Tart, an Apple and treacle Tart with Cognac Anglaise, Banana Tarte Tatin with home made puff pastry and finishing with a chocolate pear and walnut tart.
